Shipping &Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! The following shipping and return policy applies to all products on Amunari.com.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping dates based on availability of your selected items, the shipping method selected and the shipment's destination.

We attempt to ship each order as soon as it is received.  Typically, orders that come in before 2:00 pm PST, will be shipped the same day.  Orders that arrive after 2 pm will go out the next day after purchase.

     a.  Shipping charges.

     Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the order and the shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

     b. International Orders.

     Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please send an email to info@amunari.com if you have questions about an international order.

II. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY & CANCELLATION

We want you to be happy with your product. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you can return the items for a prompt refund or exchange.  Items returned within 60 days of purchase will be refunded the full purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes.) 

If an item is damaged during delivery, we will replace it at no additional charge if notice is given to us within 2 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@amunari.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping any items back. Returns received without authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Please note:

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Amunari reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
