Shipping &Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Amunari. We are honored to be part of your ritual experience. Our goal is for you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. The following shipping and return policy applies to all products purchased from Amunari.com.

SHIPPNG POLICY
Orders are carefully prepared and processed with intention to ensure safe and timely delivery. We ship within the United States and internationally when possible. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on product availability and destination.  You should also get an email notifying you when your order is shipped and in-transit emails so you can track your package.  If for any reason, you do not receive your package within 6-7 days of the ship date, please notify us immediately at info@amunari.com.

International Orders
Some products may not be available for international shipping. For international order inquiries, please contact info@amunari.com.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We want you to love your Amunari ritual experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Refunds apply to the purchase price only and do not include shipping or tax charges.  If an item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@amunari.com and you will receive a Return Authorization Number before shipping any items back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.  Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation via email once processed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.  Amunari reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements. Return shipping instructions will be provided after authorization is issued.
