From Cocoon to Butterfly is a 31-day guided bath ritual — one meditation each day — designed to accompany you through a gentle process of transformation. An integral part of your Ritual is to use the time in your bath to clear your mind and set positive, supportive intentions of what you want to create and accomplish the rest of the day - the rest of your life. Each meditation is meant to be listened to while bathing or soaking, allowing warmth, water, and fragrances to work together to create a space of safety and release.
HOW TO USE:

Choose a time when you can be undisturbed. Let this be a quiet time with no rushing.

Open your Amunari Ritual Set and light the candle.

Using your Amunari Body Brush, begin to gently brush your skin starting at your toes and brushing lightly up each leg. Brush the front of each leg, the back of each leg and then up your torso, finishing with each arm.

Start your bath by turning on the water hot enough to steam but comfortable enough for you to step in with ease.

Pour 1-2 teaspoons of your scented bath oil into the water.

Select the meditation for the day you choose and make sure the device is far enough away from the bath to not fall in, but so you can still hear it. Then step into the water and sink down into warm oil infused water.

Listen once — or repeat as often as you like.
Begin When Ready. When you feel prepared, choose Day One and allow yourself to be guided. There is nothing on the other side of this except a sense of peace and deeper familiarity with yourself.
